In her early 20's, she walked through our doors sure her life was about to fall apart. Five home pregnancy tests indicated what she feared most. As our pregnancy test confirmed what she dreaded, a story unfolded of being alone and abandoned by the baby's father. We listened and silently prayed. Where she saw tragedy, we saw opportunity. Where she felt despair, we felt hope. Where she sat alone, we saw the God of heaven sitting with her. We shared with her all the resources we could offer her. Most importantly we shared how we would walk with her and support her through it all. She chose to embrace being a mom. Through pregnancy, childbirth, newborn fears and joy, and now being a mom of a toddler, we have stayed with her. Three years after we first met, she is now a confident mom making good decisions. She no longer works at a fast food chain but has gainful employment. Become a Partner in Hope with us and give to make a difference in the lives of all who walk through our doors.
